TLPS Portal

TLPS Sign-in Privacy Notice

TLPS uses WorkOS to provide shared sign-in. When you create an account, the sign-in service asks for account details such as your name and email. If you choose a social sign-in, that provider also takes part.

You will return to TLPS or the Compass page that brought you here. Signing in does not start an AI conversation, share your work, or give you access to every TLPS product.

Who provides this service

Thompson Leadership Professional Services, LLC provides TLPS Portal. For help with your account or a privacy request, contact jeremy.jt.thompson96@gmail.com.

What sign-in uses

WorkOS handles sign-in and account verification. Portal keeps a connection between your WorkOS identity and your TLPS identity. Portal stores protected session records in Cloudflare, including encrypted provider session information, so you can return and sign out.

What the Compass receives

The Compass receives a verified identity connection. Before creating an app account, it asks you to acknowledge its own account notice. Its server may then request your verified email for account creation. Your sign-in credentials and provider tokens are not sent to the Compass.

Your choices stay separate

Each product manages its own access and private work. AI use, saving work and sharing need their own information and controls. Signing in does not give someone else access to your work.

How long Portal keeps information

Your shared identity connection is kept so you can return to TLPS products. Signing out ends sessions; it does not delete your account. Routine cleanup clears expired or finished sign-in payloads, removes expired sign-in transaction records after seven days, and removes ended session records after a thirty-day grace period. Minimal records of revoked sign-ins and confirmed shared-account closures remain longer to prevent reuse or accidental restoration. These security records do not contain your career work.

Recovery copies and provider records

Cloudflare database recovery history can retain earlier versions for up to seven days under the current service configuration. WorkOS manages its own identity and session records under its applicable terms. Deleting active TLPS records does not establish that every provider copy has already been erased.

Account requests

While signed in, open Your TLPS account data to download your Portal identity connection and stored session records. This download excludes sign-in credentials, WorkOS-held profile records and other products' data. For correction, deletion or help with a download, contact the address above and name the product. We verify that you control the account before releasing or changing private information. A request about one Compass account does not automatically close your shared TLPS sign-in. Closing shared sign-in is a separate choice because it can affect other TLPS products. We will explain the affected accounts and any incomplete deletion steps before calling the request complete.
